The first visit to a new church can raise many questions. "Will I feel welcome? What about my children? What should I wear?" This page will help you know what to expect when you visit AWC.
First, expect to be warmly welcomed. We are genuinely glad to have you as our guest. We have friendly hosts and ushers to help you get to where you need to go.
Second, some prefer to dress casually while others like to dress up. So, you are welcome to dress as you like. Just come as you are and enjoy the service.
If you need childcare, we provide clean, safe environments staffed with carefully screened workers. When your child is checked into our Nursery, you will be given a pager. Should your child need you during the service, a Nursery worker will page you.
Third, expect our praise and worship music to be a blend of contemporary songs, modern songs, scripture choruses, and an occasional hymn. Our choir and soloists will uplift your spirit.
Fourth, expect a meaningful Biblical message from our Pastor that you can apply to your daily life. Preschool, Elementary, Middle School, High School, and Graduates will also enjoy a Bible lesson delivered in an age appropriate way during their teaching time.
